Each participant will receive a (optional) profile page on our website. Our website is the place where future customers are inspired and search for talented portrait photographers in their area.

Calendar
All participants receive our annual social media calendar. The content calendar is an annual overview and weekly planner containing 365 inspiring social media posts. Every day of the week has a separate column with a suggestion, tailored to your target group. Our content calendar is tailored to the needs of portrait photographers and eliminates aimless scrolling and random photo posting. The calendar helps you set goals, saves time and inspires your customers.

All participants of the Unlike Portrait Awards will receive a personalized award poster (digital) and social media package. Show the world your passion and dedication.
Eligibility
Eligibility
The Unlike Portrait Awards is open to all professional and amateur photographers with a minimum age of 18 years. Minors (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the website unsupervised and we ask minors do not register.

You can only participate in the UPA by filling in the registration form on our website between 01/12/20 and 30/11/21.

The portraits are submitted in JPG format with a minimum of 1000 pixels on the long side and a maximum file size of 4MB.

Our jury consists of renowned portrait photographers. All portraits are judged on technique, expression, lighting, composition and originality.

Post-processing
Post-processing
Post-processing is allowed, but placing a watermark, signature or text is not. Image merging is only allowed in the newborn category.

No matter where you from and who you are, when it comes to recognizing talent everybody deserves the same opportunities. The Unlike Portrait Awards is open and accessible to all portrait photographers. We don’t charge any fees but do ask for a donation. Know it’s greatly appreciated, it helps us cover the costs and keep going forward.
